Canada!

Hello From Canada!

I am writing this in the middle of the night in a tent in the outskirts of Sault Ste Marie, a city right on the edge of the Great Lakes, Canada side. We've had an AMAZING and relaxing trip so far.

On Tuesday we drove to Ohio to say goodbye to Matt's parents, who flew back to Africa on Friday. We stayed there until Friday morning.

Friday we travelled through Niagara, eating at a very lovely restaurant near the Falls , called the Red Coach Inn, and spent the night in a campground 50 km from Toronto. Saturday (Canada Day) we spent in Toronto enjoying Canada Day festivities. In the afternoon, matt took emma to the CN tower (The tallest building in the world - see pictures of them in the tower, and of emma foot and the tower in the bkgd! all pics taken by Matt!). I went to see Lord of the Rings, the musical/play. It was really amazing. Over three hours long, with music (taken directly from the books), special effects, ents, spiders, monsters, all the works. It was great. Then we got back together and went to our campground, planning to enjoy a nice meal over the fire. Actually, it rained, so we ended up eating only breakfast that day! We had some uncooked s'mores in the tent.

Tomorrow we head to Thunder Bay. I think we have internet there as well, so check the blog tomorrow for more pictures!
